How do I measure the performance of my videos?

VueStudio provides real time insight into video performance and user behavior. You can use the data collected and sliced by us to answer questions about videos and what value it adds to your business.

You can understand the performance of this solution by looking at data in three different ways --

  1. Videos that have been made shoppable and all related metrics.
  2. Users who are interacting with the shoppable videos and their behavior.
  3. Events leading from video to events on the site / app.

You should be able to answer quick questions on video performance and user behavior by selecting KPIs from our dashboard and observing trends for those KPIs that are most relevant to you and your business. For instance, if your question is “Where are my viewers coming from?”, you could bookmark the sheet with ‘Users by Location“ under the user metrics sheet. Use the date selector to adjust the time frame for video performance measurement. It can be extremely helpful to schedule your marketing campaigns around the patterns observed from our reports.

Bonus pro-tip: Always keep handy a maximum of 3 questions per evaluation / campaign period. For example, if user engagement is the primary goal that you are looking to achieve through this campaign, you could pick 3 KPIs for this main goal to measure performance.
